Is my belly fat normal for my weight?

I’m 5′5, weigh 116, I workout eat really healthy, I’m pretty toned, accept my belly sticks out a little and there’s a layer of fat there. I’m very happy with my body accept for my fat belly. It fluctuates. Sometimes my stomach is totally flat, but sometimes it seems fatter. Is it normal? Does every woman have this problem?

116 is fine for your height. I’m the same way though. I’m 5′1, 100lbs and I have a little like .. idk layer of fat on my tummy. It’s literally like the only fat on my body and it bothers me too!

I think we just need to learn to accept that it’s the way our bodies are. If you really want to tone it you can, but it may just be the way your body is. It may not be worth the effort.
