Do you want to get rid of Cellulite? What would you do for a body free from the scourge of cellulite? Well, in recent years, cellulite has had global exposure, I even recall a front page story about Princess Diana having some on her legs, like it was some horrid disease. Sadly, in this image obsessed world, if you don’t match up to the image of perfection, you are worthless. Anyway, let’s get to the point, how can you naturally get rid of cellulite?

Your body can remove the cellulite easily if it has a speedy metabolism. You can increase the blood flow to by doing regular exercise, which in turn helps to increase the metabolism rate. You can workout with weights as this will help to replace fat with muscles. The overall effect is a healthier body, which will automatically start to reduce cellulite deposits.

To remove the toxins in the body, your body requires at least 8 glasses of water on a daily basis. As water removes these toxins cellulite accumulation in the body will also drop. Foods that have been processed or refined food contain chemcials and fats bad for your body. You can avoid thw following food items: salty and spicy foods, coffee, fizzy drinks, fired and oily food and sugary foods.

Firm lymphatic massage helps the skin to reduce the formation of cellulite in your body by increasing the flow of blood to the skin and also by helping the body eliminate toxins. Cellulite and toxins go hand in hand, so whatever aids the removal of toxins will also help eliminate cellulite. What are stretch marks and cellulite caused by?

I have a friend who is extremely skinny. She’s 5.2″ and weights 97 lbs but she has cellulite on the backs of her upper thighs and stretch amrks on her buttocks and the backs of her knee. I don’t get it. I’m 5.5″ and I weight 120lb and we both don’t work out and I don’t have cellulite or stretch amrks. I don’t understand. I thought only people who gained alot of weight rapidly got stretmarks like in pregnancies. She’s too skinny, and she hates her legs. What could she do? Her mother who doesn’t know she has this problem bought her a bunch of short shoerts and she wants to wear them, but she wants to get rid of the cellulite and stretch marks. What can she do?

btw, she does not have fatty foods or any red meats in her diets. she only eats vegatables, fruits, pastas and white meat.
sorry for all the typos.
My friend has been skinny throughout all of her life, and I know this because we’ve been next-door neighbors since we were 2.

Stretch marks are a normal part of puberty for most girls and guys. When a person grows or gains weight really quickly (like during puberty), that person may get fine lines on the body called stretch marks. Stretch marks happen when the skin is pulled by rapid growth or stretching. Although the skin is usually fairly elastic, when it’s overstretched, the normal production of collagen (the major protein that makes up the connective tissue in your skin) is disrupted. As a result, scars called stretch marks may form.

If you’re noticing stretch marks on your body, you’re not alone. Most girls and women have stretch marks, which tend to show up on the breasts, thighs, hips, and butt. Many women get them during pregnancy. And while they’re more common in girls, guys can get stretch marks, too.

People who are obese often have stretch marks. Bodybuilders are prone to getting stretch marks because of the rapid body changes that bodybuilding can produce. Stretch marks also may occur if a person uses steroid-containing skin creams or ointments (such as hydrocortisone) for more than a few weeks, or has to take high doses of oral corticosteroids for months or longer.

At first, stretch marks may show up as reddish or purplish lines that may appear indented and have a different texture from the surrounding skin. Fortunately, stretch marks often turn lighter and almost disappear over time. But the fact that stretch marks usually fade and become less noticeable over time can be little consolation if you plan to spend most of your summer in a bathing suit.

Cellulite is a kind of fat tissue in the subcutaneous layer of the skin that contains constricting bands of connective tissue. This connective tissue, which varies in thickness and is laced with fat cells, is held in place by a network of fibers that protects our body, cushioning our muscles and organs; it is surrounded by a liquid that both nourishes it and provides it with an effective waste system. When all is working well in the system, waste products are removed and smooth curves result; when fats, fluids and toxins are trapped deep in the skin (below the epidural layer), however, the connective tissue thickens and hardens, giving a dimpling effect. As we mature, the layer of skin thins, resulting in the rippled appearance of cellulite.
What is the difference between cellulite and fat? Though everyone has a smooth layer of fat, individual amounts depend on weight, lifestyle and genetics. This fat layer is an insulator for the body and cushions the organs, muscles and nerves. Cellulite, on the other hand, is lumpy and provides no padding whatsoever. It only occurs in certain areas of the body: the thighs, buttocks, abdomen and breasts. When men get cellulite, it tends to be on the neck and abdomen.

Cellulite is not necessarily a factor of body weight. You don’t have to be heavy to have cellulite. Though diet and lifestyle affect cellulite formation, a large part of cellulite is comprised of toxins and fat that build up in the body, and can affect women of any size, weight and body structure.
