Weight loss regime?
I do cardio 4-6 times a week a strength training 3 times a week. So far i’ve lost a few pounds but i need something to kick it up. I need more lower body exercieses and I was also wondering how to add resistance training to my workouts. Any tips? (any other weight-loss tips would be appreciated too)
Resistance training should be part of your training cycle. You need to do some hardcore day, and some days off rather than 5-6 days of training. Up the anie when you intensefy on less days aweek with intense workout on those days.Keep up cardio, but limit it. Take less, train harder.
