I am a young 16 yr old female.
5’4 and 125lsb.
I have some cellulite on the back of my right thigh ONLY.
Will a strict diet and exersice for an 1hr 5x a week help diminish the appearance?
I know you can’t spot-reduce but eventually will the cellulite firm up?

Exercise will help tone you – don’t diet, just eat healthily – lots of fruit and veg :) I go to the gym a couple of times a week and I’ve found the cross-trainer really good for thighs/bum. Cycling is also pretty useful – keep it up and you’ll notice a difference!
