I need serious thigh toning exercises!!! Help!?

I have flabby thighs and I need to get rid of them. I have a pool party in 3 weeks. My worst area is right around my crotch. Is there anything I can do to lose at least an inch in 3 weeks. Please help!!!!

Calves can’t get thin, I suppose but they can be toned and strengthened to become firmer.

To lose fat from your thighs, exercise alone isn’t enough. You also need to eat a low fat calorie, well-balanced nutritious diet and add in a round of cardio exercise for at least 30 mins per session, 3-4 times per week.

Sorry to say, to lose an inch in 3 weeks is probably hard to achieve….You need at least 6-8 weeks to see results.

If you tone, cardio and eat right, you’ll burn off fat and this will help to reduce the apperance of cellulite, which is basically FAT.

However, I must warn you that cellulite, once you get it, there’s really nothing much you can do about it though exercise and a healthy diet will help to a certain extent, to lessen its appearance. Creams and lotions, I can tell you, is a waste of time and…..money. They don’t work.

Don’t hate your cellulite. Just exercise and eat right and you’ll be surprised it doesn’t bother you that much…….
