belly fat can be caused by a number of things…I have recently discovered…1 if you have any sort of sleep disorder(I do) and 2 if you have any sort of stress…they both lead to belly fat. a friend suggested relacore it is a mood enhancer, I seem to be more joyfull than normal and I have started working out at curves, it is fun and only 30 min a day, you can go everyday if you like. hope some of this helps, oh yeah, drink lots of water, if you don’t your body gets upset and retains it because it does not know when it will get more so drink, drink drink! good luck and hang in there!!
