Is it better to run in the morning when burning belly fat?
I’ve read its better to run in the morning before eating anything, other than drinking some water because it boosts your metabolism more than running later in the day. So is this true? Or does time of day not matter?
I’m aware you can’t target fat loss, but running is cardio, and cardio burns fat….what I was asking is if it was better to do it early or later….
Only two things boost your metabolic rate – digestion and movement. The more you have to digest and the more you move, pending any medical issues, the harder your metabolism has to work!
