So, you want to lose weight quickly and you have been trying a lot of weight loss methods out there that promise you that you will lose weight in months. But a lot of those weight loss programs just aren’t delivering what they are promising right?

4. Go public.

Admitting the problem in public was the first step for me on the path to my weight loss goals success. I was now accountable for my actions, and all my friends knew what I was doing. Here is something that you can do: Create a thread on your selected weight loss forum and declare that you will lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks or whatever.

Update that thread each day with your result and what you’re doing. People will encourage you along the way and you will feel great!

5. Set realistic goals.

Setting a ridiculous goal like “I want to lose 50 pounds in a month” is a little ridiculous and chances are that you won’t succeed and you will only disappoint yourself. Start with small goal like: Losing 1 pound a week…then move on to bigger goal once you achieve it: 2 pounds a week…3 pounds a week.

These tips will help you on your way to a healthier life if you decide to act on it today. Please don’t be like most people…living in mediocre and procrastinating…you know that you were meant to do something great in life – so start walking today and change your lifestyle little by little!

What is a good diet/exercise program to lose belly fat?

I have lost about thirty pounds in the past year and i’m happy with the results. My legs are pretty thin but i still have what i think is a lot of belly fat. it’s just my body type. What can i do to stop thinning my legs and to start thinning my middle?
