As you exhale, start retracting your belly button toward your spine. When you reach the point when you’re no longer able to move it inwards any further, hold the position for 10-15 seconds while taking short breaths. Perform as many repetitions as you can. Get in the habit of doing the exercise at least 3 times a week. Obviously, if you do it more often, you will see results faster. Like I mentioned already, this movement does not burn belly fat, it only flattens the stomach area.
