I need advice, girls only!?
I have recently lost half a stone (7 lbs) i wasn’t very big to start with but i am already feeling more confident in my body but my question is how can i reduce my cellulite?
I have been running everyday and eating the right foods and even though i have more toned legs and lost an inch off both legs i still have cellulite on them. I had a bit on my stomach but i have lost 2 inches off my stomach and most of the cellulite has gone so will the cellulite on my thighs get better the more i keep running? Does anyone know other things i can do to help it?
I have only been doing this exercise/diet plan for 3 weeks so will time just help?
It’s not really an exercise/diet plan just more about trying to be healthy! I have stopped junk food/chocolate etc and started eating fruit and salad. Also i have been exercising everyday which i never did : )
