Circuit Resistance Training

circuit resistance training

..advice?..thanks to the 1 person who answered me earlier..*L*?

I work out everyday..for about an 1 1/2 hours…to date I’ve lost 35lbs…I started this diet & exercise plan on August 25..and I’m super excited at the results…I know it seems I lost it really fast..but my body looks alot more tone than skinny…I’ve even got to where I enjoy going to the gym…But now I’m thinking tomorrow morning I want to get up and go for a run..I’m used to a gym…30 minutes on the elliptical on high resistance..30 minutes weight circuit training..then 10 minute cool down on the elliptical on medium resistance… I haven’t exactly took the workout outside yet..but I’m out of town and dont have a gym to go to..so do you think my body is physically ready to hit the track tomorrow morning for a run (i go 3.5 miles a day on the elliptical)…tomorrow night I’ll be back home for the gym..but just wondering if I will be able to handle the run…

I would be most surprised if you couldn’t do a 3.5mile run.
With proper exercise, in addition to weight loss, excess fat changes to muscle and therefore your comment regarding body tone would not be unexpected.
I had a heart attack last year and despite losing a lot of body weight and tiring easily, I still do 2 miles each day to keep the body working.
