Does Aerobics help you to lose weight?
I have been reading and hearing alot about how weight resistance training is the way to go to lose weight. I am confused, so is doing any aerobics help you to lose weight? I thought it help to burn fat and calories.
I am really trying to lose weight, I am female 30 and weigh 11stone, I really want to lose a stone or two. I have some dvds that i have been doing at home such as Davina, which has aerobic and weight sections in.
Also when doing weights, whats the best size of weight for me to start using, I have been using ones that are 1.5kg per dumbell, is this a realistic size or should I be using heavier ones.
