If you only use resistance training,pushups,chinups,dips, would it have the same results as weight training???
i don’t have any weights at home, and i don’t make enough money each month to afford a gym membership………will these exercises give me the same results if i have a set amount of reps, i take a dietary supplement, and also eat properly?????
Unfortunately, doing bodyweight exercises is not the same as training with weights in the gym. You can’t increase the weight lifted with bodyweight exercises, only the number of reps and after a certain point you’re only improving endurance levels rather than strength or hypertrophy. However, doing these things is certainly better than doing nothing at all so if that’s your only option then you should certainly do these exercises. Humans aren’t meant to be sedentary and any exercise done safely is going to be nothing but benificial.
