Losing Motivation for Resistance Training

losing motivation for resistance training

15 year old girl, 130 lbs, 5’3. I really wanna lose 10 lbs in the next 3 weeks.?

I had an injury for 2 months so i couldn’t do soccer and everything then it hit winter. Lets say I just gained. i’m really not overweight just some trimming down to do on some extra flab:P I’m really set to this goal and commited. I wake up at like 7-7:30 everyday to run a mile or more (today i did a mile and a half) then I go do pilates everyday, and do other exercises throughout the day like lunges, swuats lifting 5 lb dumbells.anything to burn some calories and tone up. Play basketball, soccer, going to start going to get a free pass from my uncle for the gym for the week and do the eliptical a lot! and some resistance training to tone. But any motivation would help a lot! and any tips? And is this goal possible for some one working really hard and eating nothing but healthy fruits and vegetables and protein:P Thanks.

Do you want to loose 10 pounds or trim some fat. If you want to loose 10 pounds id say 3 weeks a little less you should take about 5 weeks. For trimming that flab you should do cardiovascular activities. Focus more on your core and legs. And remember you muscles need rest so take a day or 2 off in the week.
