resistance free training
does it make sence to take Creatine and do a highly Cardio workout?
this is basically what im doing….5 days cardio….2 days resistance training with free weights mixed in and such. Now when im doing cardio….it wouldn’t make sense to take creatine right? I mean creatine basically allowing your body to retain more water right? and if im doing cardio and sweating it all out wont it cancel it out?? on the 2 days i do my resistance training, which is mainly free weights push ups, pulls ups type deal i plan to take creatine before workout and the whey protein post workout. Any suggestions. I know theres alot more in the creatine powder just dont know that much about this kid of thing!
Im doing the P90x Lean version. Im not terribly out of shape, just trying to burn some fat for the beach
It seems kind of counter intuitive to take creatine if you are trying to get smaller. The main reason to take creatine is to build mass (which is just water weight if you take creatine to do so).
