Have I missed any important muscles in my workout?
- I benchpress, do chest flys, and sometimes pushups for a chest workout.
- I do 2 different tricep workouts, but I don’t know the names of them…
- I do bicep curls for biceps, obviously.
- I workout the forearm muscles with several different exercises.
- Several different ab workouts. They work great, so I’m not missing these muscles.
- I forgot about the deltoids for a while, but I’m working them now.
- I often forget about the back muscles, so I’ll start working them too.
- The only leg workout I get is biking, and it does help out a bit when i put my a lot of resistance on my exercise bike. I don’t have any gear/weights to train the leg muscles though. Looking into it though.
Note: I don’t do these all at once… but I try to even them out equally.
So, are there any important muscles or muscle groups that I am forgetting in my workout? I’m not an extreme bodybuilder or anything so nothing serious will probably happen, so it is just out of curiosity.
Seems like you have everything together except for working out your butt. Squats with dumbbells or a bar will do just fine.
