Beside Cadio, what exercise help lose weight? also what food help?
Sit-ups and crunches should help, esp. if you’re doing cardio at least 5 times a week for 30 minutes. As for food-try to cut out any fast-food and start eating more fruits and veggies, lean protein (baked chicken, turkey, fish, etc..) and low-fat dairy products, along with more whole grains.
