Ideas for belly fat loss, in two months.?

My boyfriend and i are going on vacation in two months and i want to lose my bellyfat. I have been using my treadmill for 1/2 hour and doing my ab video everyday (only like 4 days so far), also watching what i eat, but not too strict. What else do you reccomend for heping boost this process. I am 19, and carry my weight in my lower abdomen. Any supplements? Please no smart ass remarks!

You cannot isolate fat loss. Ab workouts will tighten your ab muscle, but do very little to get rid of the layer of fat that covers them. Diet is the most important thing for fat loss, then cardio. Keep doing your cardio, but cut down on sugar and completely get rid of junk food. Ex: Candy bars, ice cream, potato chips, fried food(french fries), fast food etc… Get your carbs from rice or pasta instead of bread. Your ability to lose weight fast mostly depends on your will power to eat healthy.
