belly fat on women
Is it normal for women to have ‘belly fat’?
I’m in the media business – I sing and am trying to get into modeling. Doing the crunches and running has been seeming to help, and I’m also on a diet herbal tea. I don’t eat foods with fat, or low fat. I am a vegetarian and eat about 2 meals a day plus some snacks. Is this even healthy though? I’m 18, and my friend seems to just be skinny…without even trying (working out at all or watching what she eats). Why do I have to run until I pass out to lose just a small amount of fat? Shouldn’t it just go away as muscle builds? All I want is to be skinny and beautiful.

and don’t drill me about being a vegetarian. I know it’s fine, and I get wayy too much protein from soy.

I don’t weight myself, I just go by hip measurements. I figure muscle weighs more than fat.

i think its healthy and you are not starving yourself
and some people have fast metabolism and dont get fat
i have fast metabolism too and all i do is watch tv and sit on the comp answering Yahoo questions
but most people arent like that and its normal either way
