So I was thinking about getting a tummy tuck…?

I have about 5 grand and will be getting lots more for my 18th birthday so the money’s not really a problem. I mostly want to know if it works and turns out good. I heard britney spears got one done after she had her second baby (not sure if its true) and well if she did it looked good. I’m not fat but I do have a little belly fat that I want gone and have been having trouble loosing from diet and exercise. I just don’t want to come out looking like frankenstein. Also do you get scars from the procedure?
