tough belly fat… go under the knife? (not really)?

ok so ive gotten down from 148 to 129 by busting my ass and eating well. HOWEVER… I went from a C cup bra to a full A… :( and I still have that damn lower belly buldge… Im ready for the drugs lol. (only 1/2 kidding) I need to loose as much lower belly fat as I can in 16 days. I dont care about numbers (lbs) and I cant exercise any more then I do… due to my very demanding work hrs. I need “crash diet” tricks, or a good drug dealers # lol… thanks for ur help!!
