I do 150- 250 crunches EVERY night. I do dance and push ups. I do all home excrise. But i still have belly fat :( and I do eat sometimes fatty foods because i have a fast metabolism too. help me!

Since you have a fast metabolism, you’re doing great, but if you are serious about losing weight, you would reconsider a different and healthy diet compared to your current diet.

You have to burn more calories than you consume and the food you eat must provide carbohydrates as energy for you to workout. Food with proteins such as chicken, or finish is important.

Remember, you must burn more calories than you consume everyday. There’s a study saying that crunches and push-ups works, but its not effective enough to burn calories. You must combine those workouts with cardiovascular exercises.

There’s a study that stated high intensity interval training (HIIT) is more effective in burning belly fat for the after burn affect, The after burn affect is when your body burns down calories when you are inactive (sleeping early).

For example, if two cars drive at a similar speed, but one is turned off, while one is left overnight, the 2nd car burns more fuel.
