diet and exercise help?
well i guess you could say i’ve never been happy with my body… at all
i’m 5’0 and i tend to stay away from teh scales cause i hate them aha
but anyways i am rather curvy, i have big hips and a big butt
i hate it
& lately i’ve been putting on weight
so i need some help whats a good exercise plan to get rid of that unwanted belly fat i have my belly button pierced, and i’d like to show it off without people getting grossed out & tone up my legs and arms
i can deal with my legs i suppose, i just hate my arms
i’m planning on getting a gym membership soon, just as soon as my dad signs me up mmm
