what are some good foods that reduce belly fat?
i have heard that drinking water helps flatten your stomach and reduce belly fat. what are some good foods to eat to help reduce belly fat/flatten stomach? what foods do i avoid?
Foods do not reduce body fat. Nor does even water. If you eat more calories than you need, that left over energy gets stored for later as body fat. In order to get rid of that fat, you need to eat less and get more exercise so that your body needs more energy than you’re eating and taps into those fat reserves and uses them to make up the shortfall.
Water may help a bit, as it’ll help you feel a little bit less hungry (and therefore eat less, so your body turns to burning fat to get the energy it needs), and if you’re retaining water from having a highly processed and salty diet it may help you not retain as much water, but in the grand scheme of things it’s not going to work any miracles.
