upper belly fat


Lower belly fat. Help, im thin but I cant seem to get rid of my lower belly, my upper stomach is toned.?

I run 3 if not more times a week, keep up a regular work out and do abs, I still cant seem to lose this lower stomach fat! help! any tips??
