How to I lose belly fat but not look too skinny?
I’m natually small but have always had a veryyy untoned belly.
I weigh 126 lb and am 5’4′. I used to be 110-115lb in high school but looked too thin. Even at that weight-my belly was untoned. I am at a good weight for my frame but have a VERY untoned stomach.
I do crunches and leg lifts, weight work outs and cardio 6 times a week. I also eat a high protein, low carb diet. I don’t forget my core workout but I end up losing weight everywhere else and never gain muscle in my belly.
No matter what I try–I end up losing weight & looking sickly skinny but still have a flabby belly. Help!!!!!!
