If I use nivea goodbye cellulite cream for 3 months will it make a difference?

Will using nivea goodbye cellulite cream on cellulite make it less noticeable in 3 months?
Thanks!

Before answering your question, I would like to spend some time to explain how cellulite is caused. Cellulite is normally cause by poor blood circulation, unhealthy diet, hormonal factors, gene (rare) and habits such as drinking alcohol and smoking. Cellulite take years to form on our skin.

After doing some research about the product, I think most of the ingredients doesn’t really reduce the appearance of cellulite besides L-carnatine(fat-burning ingredient). When looking for cellulite cream, it is important to look for those that contain ingredients that are able to:

1. Help the fat burning process.
2. Improve blood circulation
3. Repair skin damage and make your skin tighter

Besides that, it is also important to massage the area which has the appearance of cellulite on the skin. If you want to bring “reducing cellulite” to a whole new level, eat healthy food which helps you in blood circulation, fat-burning and exercise often. Don’t forget to quite smoking or drinking alcohol if you are currently doing it. All these practices will help you in balancing your hormones.

If you tried all these and it is still not working, it might be a gene problem. Consult specialist about that. Hope my explanation helps!
