What are some good exercises that will reduce cellulite in the butt/thigh area?
Cellulite is fat. That is all, just another word for fat. Any cardio exercise will burn fat and that is what you need to do to get rid of it. This is anything that gets your heart rate up, the longer you can keep it there the better. Speed walking is a great alternative to running or jogging as it is easier on your joints and you can do it for a longer period of time. You can also do some floor exercises to help tone muscles.
