Birth control needle, ruined me, need help?

ok so i was on marvelon at first which caused tonnes of pimples. my dr switched me to depo prevara which gained tonnes of cellulite in my thighs and even more zits and oily face. Ive decided that i am coming off of it in november which would have been the date i get the next shot. Ive been on BC since i was 15 and i have bad cellulite i want to get rid of. My question is once i come off this hormonal crap will my face return to its normal nice state, will my thighs lose the cellulite? will there be any side effects? PS i take bc because i have endometriosis, ill take the risk. I may go on alesse but in 2007 so i have time to repair my body. Please any advice is appreciated.

I gained a ton of weight on depo. I only had one shot and didn’t take it ever again. I did a 3 week detox, and ate really heatlhy for 2 months
straight and excercized like crazy. I lost the weight and felt a lot better.
