Dieting to Rid Cellulite

dieting to rid cellulite

how do you get rid of Cellulite?

I have cellulite on the bottom half of my body and can’t seem to figure out how to get rid of it…I’ve tried dieting but that doesn’t work….Can someone help me please?

Thanks you

Well you’re not alone. You about a million other American women are dealing with the same problem, right alongside me! Up until I turned 30 it used to be so easy to keep the cellulite off, but now its a huge chore.

Like you I tried dieting, but that alone wasn’t completely effective. Right now I am on a pretty good exercise routine that includes, weights, cardio and yoga along with a healthy diet. Also if you drink a lot of water, cellulite will reduce in appearance. This routine alone worked alright… but I needed something else to push me over the edge and finally let me wear a bikini without extreme embarrassment. I started trying creams and different treatments. Most creams did nothing except moisturize and the salon treatments are extremely expensive and don’t last long enough.

My mom tipped me off on a cream called Body Shape. I did some research and found a free trial here http://www.myireviews.com/cellulite-cream/ I figured free couldn’t hurt and its not like I’d get anymore cellulite from doing it. Well this is the cream I had been looking for, it totally works. My skin is now smooth and clear of lumps.
