How often should I give myself a treat?????
I have an eating disorder i’m trying to fight. I’m a 14 year old girl, 5’1 and weigh 88lbs (I used to be 84lbs about a month or 2 ago) my goal weight is 105lbs (is that good?)
I’m noticing I’m getting fatter : it might just be me that thinks this though..But I’m getting cellulite on my thighs -.- cellulite is what caused my eating disorder in the first place..
ANYWAYS. I’m on this high calorie diet of mine, I ONLY eat healthy foods. NO JUNK FOOD AT ALL. But ever since I decided to fight this disorder..I’ve noticed I’m liking sweets again. I know they are bad for you..But I heard your suppose to treat yourself to something once and a while
How many times a week/month can I treat myself to say, Ice cream? (or frozen yogurt) orr chocolate (dark)
