how to loose cellulite
How do i loose weight (and cellulite) off my thighs!?
I’m a pretty petite girl (5 ft 3in 125 lbs) and i exercise but It seems as if all my weight goes to my thights and when i exercise i loose weight from everywhwere but my thighs! does anyone know how i can target that area?
I would reccommend getting a trainer.
You need to spend extra time specifically working the thigh and leg muscles–especially your adductors, abductors, quads, hamsting and gluteas muscles. If you just had a few sessions with a trainer, he or she could show you a number of excercises that would help. the more muscle you build in that area, the less fat there will be.
For non-gym excercises, I reccommend mountain biking (although spinning classes in the gym are great for the legs) and horseback riding. The two best sports for thighs–mountain biking/cycling and horseback riding. I weigh about 30lbs more than my roommate, who is actually taller than me (I am also 5’3″). However, she has cellulite on her thighs/legs and I don’t. The secret? Horseback riding. Horseback riding works all the muscles in your leg like no other sport. Of course, I don’t expect you to take it up or anything, but I thought I’d throw it out there just in case.
