is cellulite genetic

How do i get rid of my cellulite?! Please someone help?

Im16 and and i have cellulite all under my ass! Im not fat, but my mum has it too, even though shes not fat, so i was thinking it might be genetic, but im not sure. I tried doing butt work out and i think it improved a little but i still have cellulite, please tell me there is something i can do coz i hate it and im really self concious about it. I know like most people get it but i dont think they get it this bad. I also tried putting a firming lotion on it but it didnt seem much different, SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

I know that there are other things to do than liposuction. Go ask in a good clinic. I believe these procedures are based on destroying fat depots.
