Slow Resistance Training

slow resistance training

running 20 minutes a day isn’t working?

Everytime I try to work out, I end up giving up because I don’t see results. Even though I know I have to be patient, I always give up. so, the past week I decided ok— I am going to stick it out and do this thing! (I’m an aspiring model) anyways, so I wanted to start slow and get into good habits, but I’m already feeling doubtful :( I have been running every day last week for at least 20 minutes a day and adding in a tiny bit of resistance training so I don’t burn myself out. but the coating of fat on my tummy isnt budging and I feel worse than before. am I just being a baby and not being patient enough or is there something more I should be doing?

I am 5’11” and I weigh 135 lbs. for a model thats a lot and I don’t necessarily want to lose pounds, just replace the fat with muscle.

thanks :)

you should run more you quitter.
