How can I lose belly fat…it seems to be the last thats going?

I have lost 48 pounds since July. The last place that seems to be losing is my belly. I have gone from a 16/18 and am now a 12. I have been eating all whole/superfoods to accomplish my goal. Right now I weigh 182, down from 230. My plan is a size 8 but I have this flap of skin/fat that is gross.

I have got to lose this belly fat. It is uncomfortable and unsightly! I have not been exercising…all this loss is diet alone. Any thing anyone can think of to kick the belly fat? I am sick of being jiggly!

You need to do cardio to burn off the excess fat. Your change in diet is definitely a good thing and you should be very proud of this accomplishment. But exercise is the key to burning those fat cells. A combination of cardio and weight-lifting (don’t worry, you will NOT bulk up) is the best. The cardio will help burn the existing fat and rev up your metabolism. Muscles need energy just to operate your basic activities (walking, typing, etc) so if you lift weights and tone the muscle then your metabolism will burn even more calories when you’re just resting.
