what is quick home remedy to treat cellulite?
in my opinion, i am not over weight and i know cellulite can appear on people of any shape and size. i am 5’7 122 ibs but the cellulite shows behind my legs and my butt!! what causes it and what are good home remedies to help it appear less noticeable? thanks.
Sorry to say, but exercise and proper diet is the only method for getting rid of and preventing cellulite (even if you’re not overweight). Avoid fast food, processed foods, refined flours and sugars. Get at least 30 minutes of cardio exercise per day.
Something that helps is self massage. Use a base of grapeseed oil and essential oils…it really does work. Simply put some grapeseed oil in your hand and add 2 or 3 drops each of grapefruit and black pepper essential oils. (Make sure you’re not allergic!) From your knee massage the oil in using firm strokes TOWARD your heart. Do the same on your buttocks. This will help improve your circulation which makes it easier for your body to get rid of cellulite! (Do this after each shower!)
