prevent cellulite
What can I do to prevent cellulite?
First of all, it is not in my genes. My mom has no visible cellulite, the only time you can see some is if she squishes some thigh together, and even then it’s hardly visible.
For now, I’m the same, but I think it’s becoming a bit more noticeable and i want it to go away
I do a lot of exercise. I swim twice a week. I’m on the soccer team. I use a spinning bike for about 30-45 minutes about twice a week.
I don’t do any strength exercises. I’m 14, so I didn’t really think it was necessary. Should I start doing lunges and what not?
Also, as for my diet, I eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner at around 7. I do snack a lot, but it’s usually mostly things like grapes, mangoes, other fruits, or something like a special K bar. I do eat some sort of baked good or dessert about 3 times a week. My sister’s a chef, it’s kind of hard not too
