How can I get rid of my curves, loose my belly fat, and stay healthy?

Alright, i’m generally short and skinny. I have skinny arms, legs, etc.

all my fat goes to my thighs, legs, a little to my belly, and i have love handles FAR too big for someone my size.

i don’t really care so much about this, but it’s becoming a rising problem when i can’t fit into jeans that are my length, but too small for me with my too-big-for-my-height waist.

i also would like to stay healthy, i do get worried about how i’m eating quite often.

i do believe i have a strong stomach, i just have a small amount of belly fat hiding my muscle, and i’d like to have a flat stomach and less curves.

loosing weight isn’t an issue to me, i’d just like to get rid of all this fat.

any ideas on how i can go about this?

You’re a short pear-shape, like me! Lift heavy lower body weights three times a week, 3 sets of up to 20 reps each.
