exercises to eliminate belly fat
will doing these exercises help eliminate my belly fat and other pockets of fat?
I eat healthy enough…I used to eat nothing but junk food and no exercise for 3 years straight but have since stopped, I’m still pretty skinny but have pockets of fat in areas(underarms,pectoral,abdominal area, hips).
I have brushed up on my diet…it’s not the best as I can’t afford it but it is way way better with very little junk and plenty of water.
I run every 2nd day…I jog for 3mins, do an all out sprint then rest while running and repeat several times. Then I go home and do 3x27pushups followed by crunches.(except I do those everyday) and sometimes when I’m bored I will look up some MMA workouts I can do with furniture and on the spot and do them. I’m getting fitter but not really losing fat, it’s been 2 weeks but how long before I start getting much fitter and thinner?
All you can really do is to increase your cardio quite a bit and have a good diet as you need to lower your overall bodyfat % by several %.
