exercise and diet for cellulite
My legs are big…pic included, help me with the exercises and diet for them?
They don’t match my body.
Tell me exercises. I have cellulite on the back and sides of my legs.
It makes me upset. I do a lot of exercise and can’t get rid of it. Help!

your thighs look jsut like mine girl, i got the same problem. some girls are naturally born without the cellulite and some of us are.. damn. lol. it’s genetic so sometimes it doesn’t matter how much you work out it will still never go away completely. you look firm though, i think you’re fine. your prob going to get a lot of complaints about that pic being up haha, just warning ya. but whatever
but the things you can do that are good for the thighs and butt are… hold weights in your hands by your sides and do squats…. thsi si awesome for toning up. also, just running. wall sits… there are so many things! good luck
