I am 21, 5’9, 170 pounds and want to burn belly fat. What is the most efficient way? How much do I have to run
My abs are good because I do 5 sets of 40 leg lifts. People tell me I have to do cardio. How many miles/many calories do I have burn everyday?
Umm well im 12 years old and 5’2” and 102.2 pounds but i was 120 pounds so i lost bout 18 pounds and wat i did was just walked on the tremill for 30 minutes and of course i ate smaller portionsof food and thats wat works for me! i also do sit ups alot to burn that belly fat…..but i have to keep doing it and remember you got to stick to a plan that works for you! every 15 days i excersise whenever possible and every 15 days record how much i weigh and figure out how much i should eat! so just walk or jog and eat smaller portions also listen to music while you exercise cause it entertains you and you feel like walking more also remember to stick to a plan and never give upp cause results will show!
