No food and belly fat? strange huh?
Where’s the problem?
I have a cup of milk every morning and walk to my university(about 1,5 km) And I’m having a juice for the lunch, sometimes a donut too. And I don’t eat much in the evening either. But I have belly fat and no time for gym! and I’m really weak physically. What should I do to be thin and healthy?
And by the way there are no P.E. classes in my univer.
well for one you arent eating…….because you arent eating you feel weak and therefore you wont have the strength to burn off the calories (if you even take in any) which YOU NEED TO! to lose the weight….. by not eating it will make you more bloated than if you were eating healthy and burning off the calories you eat….. you NEED TO EAT!!! thats all there is to it. stop starving yourself.
