Why do certain plus size women have fat in certain places?

My mom say that I would be classified as a full figure person, but when I look at other women, I would wonder how they got their figure? For example, one of my one of my former high school classmates is way bigger than me, and she has a big belly that stick out, itty bitty boobs, big arms, but normal sizes calves. Or you’ll see women who larger in their upper body, but smaller in their lower, etc. But for me, my body fat is weird. I have big (and long) breast, I don’t have the stick out belly (my fat did the opposite and in karate style my stomach no less), my size somehow go two rolls on one side and three on the other and large calves. I know body fat is bad, but this question has been hunting me for a while.

This is mostly hereditary. Your Grand mother or aunt or someone on either side of your family probably has the same areas that seem to accumulate fat (mine is my belly and my boobs and so was my moms). These rolls are not good and studies have shown that women who have these accumulated rolls are twice as likely to have heart disease (on the plus side for you, no pun intended- the belly roll women have higher incidences of this.) I know a lot of people will say “diet, moderation” etc and they are right but those are not people like us…..(I am 30 lbs overweight). I will tell you that I have just been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and have HAD to stop my intake of carbs and sugar. I did not lose weight at first as my fat intake increased due to my trying to fill that starving void but, after three months and a lot of diet intake changes and walking everyday I am slowly losing weight. If you want to keep those rolls to a minimum and/or lose them then now is the time to start those changes. A diabetic “diet” is the best kind to be on…..check it out (before you need one for sure!) I have replaced my “sweet” tooth with yogurts and artificial sweeteners and my carb intake is way, way down. These simple changes plus a good 1/2 mile walk after a big meal WILL make a difference. If you are a soda drinker…that is your BIGGEST problem!
