has my fat gotten out of control?

i am 14 years old and 5 months ago my football season ended and when it was over i was all muscular and active but when i realized i didnt have to exercise any more for five months i just layed on the couch and had nothing but junk food. now i am all fat and weigh around 400 pounds i have gotten to the point were my moms bra did not fit me and she is obese herself. it takes me about 10 minutes to just get out of bed and every time i go walk 15 feet to get a twinkee i start weazing. i cant tie my shoe because my fat belly is in the way and i havent seen my feet in 3 months, i also cant stand up for more than a minute. here are some links of a picture of me in football shape and me now and video showing how fat i am
