calcium and belly fat
How do I regain the muscle and strength that I’ve lost?
I am a 25 year old male, and I exercise on a regular basis. When I turned 24, I started having lower back pain, neck pain, and cramps. My muscles would not get any bigger nor would I get any taller, despite how much exercise I did. I also took vitamin A, vitamin E, and chromium picolinate supplements but they had absolutely no effect on me, after I turned age 24. These supplements used to work for me, but now they don’t. My bones have gotten lighter and weaker, even though I’ve taken calcium, and glucosamine chondroitin supplements. I’m tired and sleepy most of the time, I’ve gotten fat even though I look thin, my belly now hangs out, and I lost my looks.
First you need to ask yourself if you have changed any of your past habits. I would also look into getting your thyroid checked. Low thyroid levels can cause fatigue, muscle weakness and wieght gain. If you can rule out thyroid, I suggest joining a gym and just eating healthy. Mucle cells have excellant memory systems that once you start working them like you used to, it is easier to regain your muscle. Hope I helped!
