steps to losing belly fat
if my total weight is 34 kg and I climb 670 steps a day how much weight would I probably lose in a week? THX?
i want to lose thigh fat a site recommended that so what do you recommend? and what should i do to lose belly fat. What kinds of food should i eat and etc.

well firstly depending on how tall you are and how old you are, 34 kgs isnt alot! i cant imagine you would have any fat to lose at all!
unless your like 11 or so years old in which case it is still small enough and at that age you shouldnt be trying to hard to lose weight…
if you are underweight (by the sounds of things you could very possibly be) the scales mightnt even say your losing weight, you might gain strength, which will cause the scales to pump up a few notches…
but im sure it will tone you up… squats are also good for legs, and for tummy… thereis heaps of good ones… folding up to hand stand against the wall is fun and good for your stomach, and the usual… sit ups, minute dish hold (lying with legs and shoulders just off ground), V snaps (dish hold to touch your toes and back legs straight all the while) planks and even post push up position all help with the stomach…
