Where/How can I calculate a good diet plan for more defined muscles?

I’m in fairly good shape. I have ok muscle strength and endurance, except for my abdominals. theres a layer of belly fat there that id like to eliminate. nothing huge,but it hides the definition of my abs. i play varsity tennis if that helps

i know that you have to have a healthy diet in order for better muscle growth and definition. but how would i calculate that? do you know any websites that could help give me a rough weekly schedule?

any advice is appreciated. thanks in advance!
