Im 15, male. I just have belly fat and love handles, and some fat on my bum, i want to lose it before school starts, so by sept 2nd or close to that. I dont know what to do to burn fat fast tho. I have a hill behind my house, huge, I have dumbbells at home, of variety, light medium and heavy. Please tell me what I should do on a weekly basis to lose m fat fast, be specific please, like if u say lift weights, give me the exercises. Also, i’m kinda embarassed about running and jogging, its not that i look bad, im worried because i may look weird, and ppl may judge me. WHat should i do? And also, what shuld i do when i always make excuses for not exercising and be lazy, how do i overcome that?
If you have a close friend/sibling/parent/cousin,etc… maybe have them run with you so you feel less self conscience. You shout eat carbs like pasta and bread before exercising. Try to eat fruits for lunch and protein rich meat and vegetables for dinner. You can eat dessert but in small portions, but to lose weight faster I would skip it. Run with someone for at least 20 minutes a day. IDK abouut weights but llok on the internet under weight training and do that. In the end exercise for at least an hour a day. If you get hungry between meals drink water. Put pictures of think muscular males around the house so when you feel lazy you will see them and get inspired to reach your goal. good luck.
