cellulite liposuction

is liposuction safe?is there any other thing can help to get rid of fat. i don’t know why i cant exercise .

i have alot of cellulite on my thigh.i dont know why i cant exercise .i know exercise is the best thing that people have to try it .but i am so lazy.i always think i will exercise from tomorrow .but i cant . liposuction is the easiest way to get rid of it i think.is there any place can do it the day i go there with short recovery time. what can i do .how can i get rid of being lazy.please tell me.
