Your BMI is too high for a six-pack. No amount of crunches or leg raises is going to make a six-pack appear through that much body fat.
You need to do cardio to reduce your body fat. You can start playing some sports or start roller blading or cycling or jogging or swimming ……
In the mean time, I’d recommend you try some excercises which work against your own body mass (calisthetics). Such as push-ups, crunches, dips, squats. If you get really in shape, try burpees & hindu squats. Since you don’t seem to be in great shape, just do the excercises once a week.
